Annual staff conference held at DeVere Whites Hotel, Reebok Stadium, Bolton. Guest motivational speaker was Kris Akabusi and evening entertainment was provided by a band and DJ.

Services provided included:

  • Two 12’ x 9’ screens and surrounds hung from the ceiling
  • High output projection from balcony
  • Large flat wall set and multiple height staging
  • Sound system hung including 4 x lapel mics & 4 x handheld mics for conference and all sound for the band and DJ
  • 21m truss hung for all lighting and sound
  • 8 moving lights for set wash and DJ/band
  • Six bars of par-cans to wash stage area
  • Live vision mix from 4 cameras
  • Track system for stage camera
  • PowerPoint operation
  • Two 8’ x 6’ Screens and projectors on balcony as relay screens
